Why make it complicatedwhen it can be simple?
I have been writing code since university, and I always wanted something of my own: products, a team and a company that helps other businesses grow. VerionGroup grew out of a single question. We still ask it every day.

Spreadsheets, manual calculations, copying from one system into another. I saw how much of people's time went into it, and almost all of it is work a program can do. Then I saw the same thing almost everywhere.

The usual way: Five services, none connected
Our way: One system, all connected
The usual way: People do it by hand
Our way: The program does it
The usual way: Everything lags
Our way: It runs fast
The usual way: A decade-old stack
Our way: A stack built to last
The usual way: Dull, like everyone else
Our way: A pleasure to use

From 2024 to November 2025 we worked with client name withheld, client name withheld, client name withheld and others. Each had their own needs: internal systems, 1C, CRM and payment integrations, automation, servers. Client revenue over 1 billion ₽ a year, hundreds of employees on staff.
For eighteen months that suited us fine. Work came through referrals, and nobody needed us to explain ourselves.
I only understood the cost later. Our systems work, but only the people who ordered them can see them. To everyone else we simply had no past. We did, it was just under contract.

The contract comes before the portfolio
We have not shown a single closed project and we never will. Your data will be treated the same way.
One client from that period is in its second year of support
Client work and our own products grow from the same root. Launching your own product is harder than delivering a project: you make the decisions yourself and live with them in production.
We needed a team ourselves. We built a product to find one, and we did: the people we work with today came through UFound. And not only to us.
With a small team we took it to production and built on it the infrastructure for every product that followed.
Nothing is tried for the first time on your servers
Every infrastructure change goes through UFound first and only then reaches a client. The architecture has settled, and new things rarely need testing now.
People kept coming to us with the same request: build me a bot, build me a site, I need to sell. We could have built a bot for each of them.
We built one platform where you need no site, no bot and no manager. And we keep improving it.
Free, or from 299 ₽ a month
No commission on sales on any plan: the platform earns from subscriptions, not from the seller's turnover.
Every principle has already worked in a delivered project. The quotes come from there.
Code, access and documentation are handed over as the work goes, not after the final payment.
“A contractor holding the keys to an exchange account is a risk closed not by trust, but by the contractor simply not having the keys.”
The best-known option is easier to defend. But the client pays for it, every month.
“The price per request multiplies by the flow of requests and becomes a fixed cost. The most expensive model here wouldn't have given the client any benefit, only a bigger bill.”
A contractor whose involvement never shrinks is solving the wrong problem.
“Load the archive, get back filled files and a ready made export. Manual parsing disappeared from the process entirely.”
"I want a website to make money" is not a task. We will ask why. If there is no answer, we will not start: without a goal there is nothing to measure the result against.
We offer exactly what solves the task. If a small improvement is enough, we will not sell you a new system.
Our prices are not made up. The price list is public, and every line is visible before the first call.

So many times people left us for someone cheaper, and so many times they came back: he disappeared, nobody can finish it, please take it on. We do. But starting with us would have cost less.
We have plenty of ideas, and each one takes time. Your task could be the next one.
