Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By clicking the «Send» / «Register» button or by ticking the consent checkbox on the website https://veriongroup.ru and its subdomains, You confirm that You act freely, of your own will and in your own interest, that You have the necessary legal capacity, and that You give your specific, informed, conscious and voluntary consent to the sole proprietor Marin Ian Aleksandrovich (TIN 230905987684, OGRNIP 323237500410110) (hereinafter – the «Operator») to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

1.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

– registration and maintenance of an account (personal cabinet) on the website and its subdomains, as well as in the Operator's services;

– provision of access to the functionality of the website, to the Operator's services and materials;

– consideration of enquiries, applications, requests and claims, and feedback to the User;

– conclusion, performance, amendment and termination of contracts with the User or with the organisations the User represents;

– maintenance of the customer database, analytics and improvement of the quality of services and interfaces;

– sending technical, organisational, legal and informational notices related to the operation of the Operator's services;

– sending advertising and informational messages about the Operator's products and services, special offers and promotions (subject to the User's relevant consents and with the option to opt out of such messages at any time);

– fulfilment of the Operator's obligations provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

– protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, including in the consideration of disputes and claims and within judicial and administrative proceedings.

2.1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data, which does not belong to special categories of personal data or to biometric personal data:

– surname, first name, patronymic (if any);

– email address;

– contact phone number;

– address of residence or stay (where provided by the User);

– details and information required to conclude and perform contracts (for example, the name and details of the organisation, position, TIN – where necessary);

– account data (login, identifier, authorisation data, profile settings);

– other information provided by the User in forms on the website and in the Operator's services on the User's own initiative;

– technical data: IP address, information about the browser and device, data on actions on the website, «cookie» files, as well as other information automatically transmitted when using the website and collected by means of web analytics systems (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).

2.2. Where it is necessary to process special categories of personal data or personal data authorised for dissemination, such data is processed only where there is a separate consent of the personal data subject executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.1. The Operator is entitled to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data, with and without the use of automation tools: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

4.1. The User consents to the transfer of their personal data to third parties engaged by the Operator to achieve the purposes specified in section 1, including but not limited to:

– hosting providers and suppliers of infrastructure and cloud services;

– providers of web analytics, mailing and communication services;

– payment services, banks and other financial organisations (where settlements need to be made);

– persons providing the Operator with technical support, service maintenance, accounting and legal services.

4.2. The said persons process personal data on the basis of contracts with the Operator and undertake to observe the confidentiality of personal data and the requirements of the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. The transfer of personal data to state authorities and other authorised organisations is permitted in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given by the User (clicking the button / ticking the consent checkbox) and until it is withdrawn, or until the expiry of the retention periods for documents and data established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or by contracts with the User.

5.2. The User is entitled to withdraw this consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notice by email to info@veriongroup.ru or in writing to the Operator's postal address specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy. It is recommended that the notice state the full name, contact details and a description of exactly which consent and which processing is to be withdrawn.

5.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out before the Operator received such withdrawal, and does not preclude the Operator's right to continue processing personal data in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.1. The User has the rights provided for by the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

– the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data;

– the right to access their personal data;

– the right to demand the clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data in the cases established by law;

– the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

– the right to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including the right to appeal against the acts or omissions of the Operator to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.
