Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Materials

By clicking the «Subscribe» / «Receive the newsletter» / «Send» button, or by ticking the consent checkbox on the website https://veriongroup.ru and its subdomains, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my specific, informed, conscious and voluntary consent to the sole proprietor Marin Ian Aleksandrovich (TIN 230905987684, OGRNIP 323237500410110) (hereinafter – the «Operator») to receive advertising and informational materials (hereinafter – the «Mailings») and to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes and on the following terms.

1.1. The Mailings are sent for the purposes of:

– informing about the Operator's products and services, special offers, promotions and service updates;

– sending news, announcements, invitations to events and other materials of a marketing and informational nature.

1.2. I consent to receiving the Mailings by means of:

– email messages sent to the email address I have provided;

– SMS messages and telephone calls to the phone number I have provided;

– messages in instant messengers (where the relevant contact details are provided);

– push notifications and other electronic messages not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, sent to the contacts I have provided.

2.1. Under this consent, the Operator processes the following personal data of mine:

– surname, first name, patronymic (if any);

– email address;

– contact phone number;

– identifier (login, profile ID) in the Operator's services and/or instant messengers (where provided);

– other information voluntarily provided by me when subscribing to the Mailings.

2.2. I consent to the following actions (operations) being performed with the said personal data, with and without the use of automation tools: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

3.1. I consent to the Operator transferring (providing, granting access to) my personal data to third parties, including but not limited to:

– providers of mailing, communication and notification services (email mailing services, SMS gateways, messenger platforms and the like);

– hosting providers and suppliers of infrastructure services;

– other contractors and service providers engaged by the Operator to organise and deliver the Mailings.

3.2. The said persons process my personal data on the basis of contracts with the Operator and undertake to observe confidentiality and the requirements of the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.1. This consent is valid until it is withdrawn by me and/or until the processing purposes specified in section 1 are achieved, or until the Operator ceases the activity of sending the relevant Mailings.

4.2. I have been notified of my right to refuse to receive the Mailings and/or to withdraw this consent at any time by one of the following means:

– following the «Unsubscribe» / «Opt out of the newsletter» link placed at the bottom of any email received from the Operator;

– changing the relevant settings in my personal account (where such functionality is available);

– sending the Operator a notice of withdrawal of consent by email to info@veriongroup.ru.

4.3. Withdrawal of this consent to receive the Mailings does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of my personal data carried out before the Operator received such withdrawal, and does not preclude the Operator from processing personal data for other purposes and on other grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and by the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5.1. By clicking the button / ticking the consent checkbox, I confirm that:

– I have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website https://veriongroup.ru/privacy-policy, and that the terms of personal data processing are clear to me;

– I am aware of my rights provided for by the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation, including the right to access my personal data, to have it clarified, blocked or destroyed, and the right to withdraw consent;

– the contact details I have provided (phone number, email address, etc.) belong to me personally and may be used by the Operator to send the Mailings.
